Slotted Minnow W and B on Fins. William Brown of Aberdeen, one of the oldest fishing lure inventors and manufacturers. No hook rig but a nice example of W B slotted devon minnow. Silver size as in photo. William Brown is, I believe, the longest operating fishing tackle shop in Scotland.
